Cyril Atkinson (9 May 1874 – 29 January 1967) was a Conservative Party politician in the United Kingdom who served as Member of Parliament for Altrincham in Cheshire from 1924 general election to 1933, when he was appointed as a High Court judge.
The Altrincham by-election, 1933 which followed his resignation from the House of Commons was notable in that all three candidates were former Members of Parliament.
